Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 07 days of your purchase with a valid receipt.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 07 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 07 days.
The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Regias is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided via email.
All Regias items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickets, folded in its original garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Regias’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. Exchanges can pnly be made for a different size or color of the same style only. Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
By placing an order with Regias Orlando, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions. Please note-sales items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gowns
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Undergarments, including lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.
Note: Original shipping costs are not eligible for store credit or refunds under any circumstances.
